Hangzhou Silan Azure Technology Co., Ltd (Silan Azure) is wholly invested by Silan. It is specialized in manufacturing high bright LED chips. The company was founded in September 2004 and located on No. 10 Road in East area of in Hangzhou Economic and Technology Develop Zone (Xiasha).

The total investment of Silan Azure has reached RMB 400 million. Now it owns a 5000 square meters clean room and its main process includes MOCVD epi growth on sapphire substrate, wafer manufacturing and die sorting. It has a number of MOCVD equipment sets and the monthly output has reached 300 million LED chips.

Utilizing the advanced silicon wafer manufacturing facilities and based on the experience of silicon wafer manufacturing, Silan Azure is trying to set up a complete technical innovation system. It aims to become a first class of manufacturing and R&D company in LED industry.

With its high quality LED chips, Silan Azure has succeeded in the in-door / out-door large full-color LED display panel field. It’s blue and green LED chips have been well accepted by most of panel manufacturers.

In July 2007, the monthly turnover of Silan Azure reached RMB28 million. It has achieved great leaps and has become one of the biggest LED chip manufacturers in China.
