Hangzhou Youwang Electronics Co., Ltd specializes in designing and manufacturing bipolar ICs and semiconductor discrete devices. Unisonic Technolgy Inc (Taiwan) established this company in April 1994 (foreign direct investment) and the total capital is USD 3 million. Since Oct. 1997, Silan owns 40% share of Youwang.

Besides Silan-IC, Youwang have two wafer manufacturer subcontractors , one is Anshun Microelectronics Co., Ltd located in Dangdong, Liaoning Province, in north-east of China, and the other is Fushun Microelectronics Co.,Ltd loctaed in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, in south-east coast of China. Both of them own 4 inches wafer fab.

In 2007 the annual revenue of Youwang is RMB300 million.

In Aug 2005, Youwang moved into new site located in Hangzhou BinJiang Hi-Tech District. Relying on the perfect basic facility, Youwang will enter into the package and assembly field of special semiconductor and LED products.
