Feedback Flow
The Quality Department., Sales Department, Product Testing and Technical Develop Department, Manufacture Management Department and Foreign Trade Department of the company all can accept complaints from our customers. The Quality Department is responsible for complaints of products appearance and packing quality. The Product Testing and Technical Develop Department is responsible for product performance issues. Silan will produce a final report to respond to customer issues and this report will be approved by the Quality Department and delivered to customers by the sales staff. The process is as follows:
