SWLZ1090DSA is a Low-side smart-power device based on Silan HCD process, intended for driving resistive or inductive loads in different applications . Thermal shutdown function is built in to protect the chip from overheating or short-circuit. Output current limitation protects the device in an overload condition. In case of prolonged overload, the power limitation function limits the dissipated power to a safe level before thermal shutdown intervene .Thermal shutdown, with automatic restart, allows the device to recover normal operation as soon as a fault condition disappears. Fast demagnetization of inductive loads is achieved at turn-off.
