The SLP74LVC14 is a hex inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs.
Inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of these devices as translators in mixed 3.3V and 5V system environment.
Inputs can exceed VCC, accept Voltages to 5.5 V
Operate from 1.2V to 5.5V

Direct interface with TTL levels

Latch-up performance: 250mA
Specified from -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C
